The present study tries to translate, cross - culturally adapt and validate the School Intimidation Questionnaire - CIE, which is an instrument related to Bullying. There are few instruments available in Brazil that investigate the prevalence of school violence, which describe validated instruments for the evaluation of this violence, most existing scales to measure Bullying in the school population are extensive, in content and time of application. In this sense, it is extremely relevant for schools to have easy-to-understand, fast-applied instruments in order to achieve greater efficiency in obtaining results similar to the extended versions. The original instrument was created in the Colombian context and the Bullying Questionnaire - CIE (CUEVAS, 2008) is composed of 105 items in three dimensions, which are questions for students between 8 and 18 years old. After the authorization of the author, the present study presented two stages of procedures. The first one consists in translating the instrument and in the second stage the content validation will be carried out, being initially translated into Portuguese (Brazil) by at least two official translators, without one being aware of the other's work (double blind). Subsequently, the translations made from Spanish to Portuguese (Brazil) were exchanged between the two official translators, who translated it into Spanish (double blind). After this procedure, the next step was content validity of the instrument, the Content Validity Coefficient (CVC). The study included 3 evaluating judges with at least a master's degree, these judges with a Know How in the thematic area of the instrument with at least five years of experience in the area. Thus, the judges evaluated, at the first moment, the theoretical relevance (CVCt = 0.85) and language clarity of each item (CVCt = 0.78), which was not satisfactory because it was below CVC ≥ 0 , 80), so after the contribution of the judges some items were adapted and the clarity scale was sent back to them and this time having the (CVCt = 0.84), which is satisfactory for both scales. A final adaptation was made so that the instrument could soon be used in future research in the area of education and health promotion and thus help health professionals make decisions, evaluate the quality of care, estimate needs in relation to services Health and especially future researchers in the Professional Master in Health and Human Development. However, the study does not end here, according to the comments of the evaluating judges, there is a need to carry out cross-cultural adaptation, reduction of items and the application of the School Intimidation Questionnaire in the Brazilian population of Rio Grande do Sul. Future in PhD.
