Metodologia: As pesquisas foram baseadas nas obras dos principais autores que tratam sobre soberania e sistema financeiro internacional, e também analisando a funcionalidade das principais organizações internacionais e como elas impactam a soberania dos estados. Resultados: É notável os efeitos que a globalização e o institutos internacionais causam na soberania nacional, e é perceptível que ao analisarmos a evolução histórica deste relacionamento, encontraremos mutações relevantes que o sistema financeiro internacional tem proporcionado à soberania. Conclusão: É inegável que a soberania dos Estados sofreu alterações proporcionadas pela evolução do sistema financeiro internacional, e que compreender esse desenvolvimento é relevante para termos um parâmetro de como funciona o sistema financeiro internacional atual e de como ele se relaciona com o instituto importantíssimo das relações internacionais chamado de soberania. Ao final do trabalho pretendo demonstrar que não obstante a incompatibilidade da tese norteadora de Hobbes com o liberalismo político contemporâneo podemos identificar na obra do autor duas teses fundamentais sobre legitimidade e representação que seguem orientando demandas por inclusão e igualdade em sociedades contemporâneas e liberais. We conducted semi-structured interviews with members of the occupation in order to clarify the dynamics in the movement and its understanding of the relationship between law and social movements, highlighting the deferment of the eviction order and the elaboration of two Bills as fundamental moments of the relationship between the collective organization of the occupation and its legal team.
